Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

Pillars stands behind the quality of its work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. We will review your request and, where appropriate, issue a full refund for the deliverable in question.

2. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to chris@growthpillars.co. Please include your name, the engagement or invoice reference, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within five business days.

3. Ongoing Engagements

For retainer or ongoing advisory engagements cancelled before the end of the agreed term, Pillars will issue a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of prepaid fees. The refund is calculated from the date written cancellation notice is received.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

  • Work that has been completed and delivered
  • Rush or expedited service fees
  • Third-party costs incurred on the client's behalf (software licenses, hosting, domain registrations, advertising spend, etc.)
  • Administrative or onboarding fees, where applicable

5. Refund Method

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe). Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Disputes

If you believe a refund request was unfairly denied, please contact us to discuss further. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
